On this page you will find all the publicly-available PANACEA deliverables and the summaries of the confidential PANACEA deliverables.

Deliverable 1.1 – Use Cases

This deliverable presents the results of WP1 and focuses on the Use Case scenarios that are primary actor-driven, meaning that they are based on the need, preferences, and requirements of the main actors (drivers, riders, and operators) taking into consideration existing markets and current trends and research/ experimental accomplishments. The relevant actors that are considered as users and stakeholders are also presented.

Deliverable 2.1 – Operational characteristics and requirements

This document includes several lists with the functional and operational requirements of all the subsystems considered as part of the PANACEA platform, that is to say, on the one hand, the requirements of the sensors and toolkits registering information and, on the other hand, the requirements of the components of the cloud which are needed to carry out the ‘digestion process’, data analysis, as well as the countermeasures release.

The deliverable 2.1 is confidential. A summary is available.

Deliverable 2.2 –  PANACEA Architecture

This deliverable outlines the reference architecture upon which the PANACEA Platform will be developed. It discusses the Uni.Smart Reference Architecture and how this architecture provides the basis of the PANACEA Reference architecture.

The deliverable 2.2 is confidential. A summary is available.

Deliverable 3.1 – Methodologies for a holistic fitness to drive assessment

This deliverable reports on the work of WP3 during the first 16 months of the project. To this end it presents the types and sources of measurements needed, along with information on how the measurements should be taken, in what conditions, and how often, in order to form a holistic Fitness to Drive assessment (i.e., for off-duty or on-duty assessments, as well as for on-site and roadside assessments).

The deliverable 3.1 is confidential. A summary is available.

Deliverable 5.1 – Countermeasures for drivers, operators, and enforcement. Content of the cloud-based coaching and support system

This deliverable presents the countermeasures developed for the PANACEA platform and represents the content of the cloud‐based coaching and support system.

The deliverable 5.1 is confidential. A summary is available.

Deliverable 5.2 – Cloud based coaching and support system (CCS)

The Deliverable 5.2 incorporates the content presented in Deliverable 5.1 and describes the framework, design, development and establishment of the prototype operational cloud-based coaching and support system.

The deliverable 5.2 is confidential. A summary is available.

Deliverable 5.3 – Cloud based coaching and support system – an update

The Cloud based coaching and support system (CCS) is intended to provide personalised, targeted support to company drivers, operators, and enforcement officers. The objectives of this document are to describe the framework, design, development and establishment of the prototype operational cloud-based coaching and support system by updating the content presented in D5.2.

The deliverable 5.3 is confidential. A summary is available.

Deliverable 6.1 – Evaluation Framework, plans and materials

This deliverable presents the evaluation framework, plans and material for all data collections of the PANACEA project. It describes the objectives of the studies and how they will be realised. The purpose of the PANACEA evaluation framework is to create a common framework to be used in all studies to make sure the data are collected in a way that makes it possible to consolidate the results at the end and to provide what is needed for impact analysis.

Deliverable 6.2 – Evaluation framework, plans and materials – an update

Deliverable 6.2 is an update of Deliverable 6.1. Whereas Deliverable D6.1 had its focus on setting the framework and the work process, in this updated version, the focus is on the evaluation protocols for all studies, including templates for the pilot sites, questionnaires to use, key performance indicators (KPI), log files to use, crucial timelines, etc. The experimental plans are described per pilot site and type of evaluation activity.

Deliverable 8.1 – Dissemination and communication plan

The dissemination and communication plan aims to disseminate and communicate the knowledge generated within the project to key stakeholders and the public and to promote the project through a variety of tools with a view to maximizing the expected impact of the project.

It will raise awareness of the potential of the created concepts and technologies and facilitate the transfer of results into products and policies. Synergies and knowledge exchange with relevant initiatives and projects will be ensured throughout the project and a workshop with key stakeholders will be delivered.

Deliverable 8.2 – Dissemination and communication plan – first update

This is the first update of the Dissemination and Communication Plan (D8.1). This deliverable gives details of progress made towards the ambitions of the first version of the plan and describe activities for the second part of the project. The aims of the Dissemination and Communication plan remain unchanged – to disseminate and communicate the knowledge generated within the project to key stakeholders and the public and to promote the project through a variety of tools with a view to maximizing the expected impact of the project.

An overview of what has been achieved since the publication of D8.1 can be found in Appendixes IV and V. New to this update of the Dissemination and Communication plan is also a scientific publication plan (Appendix I) and a project video storyboard (Appendix II).
